Chloe Nails was designed so that every treatment with us provides you with an unparalleled atmosphere and attention. Our goal is to provide our clients with fabulously indulgent nail care while maintaining high of cleanliness and sterilization. We aim to build and maintain a relationship with our clients and to provide you with a warm atmosphere so you can enjoy, relax, and unwind. Chloe Nails is truly dedicated to our customers.

At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon.

We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.

Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before service.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards.

We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve your issues with the services itself.

Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services.

Please give us advance notice for canceling appointments.

Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you need clarification, please talk to the salon manager.

CHLOE NAILS GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If you are needing a nail fix or have any issues with your nails, please call us to schedule an appointment to come in and get it fixed free of charge. We offer a flexible 7 day guarantee on nail fixes that constitutes gel/polish chipping, breakage if the original set of nail enhancements done at our salon were too thin, or any issue that might be related to the application during the appointment/service. This DOES NOT cover nail fixes due to breakage from excessive force (I.E nails cracked and bleeding due to blunt force), inherent disfiguring of the nail enhancement (I.E biting, filing your own nails at nome).

If you cannot come in within the 7 days to get your nails fixed, please contact us as soon as you notice any issues so that we can accommodate your next visit. Any issues that are brought up past the 7 day period, will be subjected to charge.
