Salon Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. There is no cancellation fee for individual appointments, but we do ask that you call us and let us know if you're unable to make it to your appointment.

If you're running late, please call the salon at 657.291.9999 to let us know. If you're more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, we will try our best to accommodate you based on current availability, but your appointment may be considered a walk-in. If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

If you have more than 3 consecutive no-shows on your profile, we will require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $50 to book future appointments. The deposit will go towards your service. If you cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Regular Polish Guarantee: There is no guarantee for regular polish. If you prefer a longer-lasting finish, we recommend Shellac Polish, which comes with a 1-week guarantee against chipping and smudging.

Gel Polish Fixes Guarantee: We offer a 7-day guarantee for gel polish chipping, lifting, or breakage due to the application process. This guarantee does not cover damage from excessive force (e.g., cracked nails from blunt force) or self-inflicted damage (e.g., biting or filing nails at home).

Enhance Nail Guarantee: We offer a 7-day guarantee for Enhance Nails for breakage caused by thin layers of product or technical issues during the application. This guarantee does not cover damage from impact (e.g., nails cracked due to blunt force) or damage caused by the customer (e.g., biting nails or filing at home).

Refill Nails: Refill nails are not covered by warranty if they break, as they are based on the previous set of nails.

If your nails have any issues after the service, please contact us within 7 days for a free fix. If you are unable to come within the 7-day period, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. After 7 days, any fixes requested will incur a charge.

Our nail tech can provide advice on color choices, but the final decision must be approved by you before application. Once more than 5 fingers are completed, the color cannot be changed. If you wish to change the color after application, an additional charge for color change will apply based on the time needed to rework it.

Please inform us of any allergies or health conditions that may affect your treatment. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify the salon manager immediately before leaving, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Once you leave without mentioning any issues, we will consider the service satisfactory, and any changes requested afterward may incur an additional charge.

For pedicures, we suggest consulting with a healthcare provider if you have foot conditions such as fungus, ingrown nails, or any other medical concerns.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during services. Please keep your valuables with you and check your belongings before leaving.

At Chloe Nail Lounge, our goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for every guest. To maintain a safe and respectful space for both clients and staff, we reserve the right to decline service under the following circumstances:

  • Disrespectful or Disruptive Behavior – We do not tolerate any actions that are aggressive, inappropriate, or make others feel uncomfortable, including threats or harassment toward staff or other guests.
  • Frequent No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations – Clients with a history of missed or late-canceled appointments may be asked to prepay or may be declined for future bookings.
  • Hygiene or Health Risks – For the safety of everyone, we cannot provide services to individuals with open wounds, visible illness, or potentially contagious conditions (such as fungal infections).
  • Failure to Follow Salon Guidelines – Not adhering to our appointment, deposit, or service policies may result in denied service.
  • Under the Influence – For safety reasons, we do not provide services to clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the standards of Chloe Nail Lounge.

At Chloe Nail Lounge, we’re happy to host group appointments and special occasions. To provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that all group bookings be arranged directly through the salon, as online booking is not available for parties of four or more.

To ensure your visit runs smoothly, please provide a list of services requested for each guest at the time of booking. This helps us assign the right technicians and ensure your group receives the care and attention you deserve.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm group appointments. This amount will be credited toward your total at checkout.

  • 4 guests – $160 deposit
  • 6 guests – $200 deposit
  • 8 guests – $300 deposit
  • 10+ guests – $400+ deposit (depending on group size & services)

Please note: Group bookings are not secured until a deposit is received. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and special events.

Deposit

Your deposit can be refunded or transferred if:

  • The appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The full deposit is not used at the time of the appointment — the remaining balance will stay on your profile for future services.
  • The deposit may be used for other group members during the scheduled appointment.
  • In case of emergency within 24 hours, the deposit may be transferred with valid documentation (see below).

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

  • The appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • 50% or more of the group is 15+ minutes late to the appointment. (Please call us if your group is running late — we’ll try to accommodate you!)
  • 50% or more of the group does not attend the scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice. (Please inform us in advance if any members of your party cannot make it.)
Emergency Reschedules (After the 24-Hour Period):

We understand emergencies happen. If you’re unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, we’re happy to review your situation and may transfer your deposit with proper documentation.

Examples of accepted documentation:

  • Doctor’s Note – Must be on official letterhead, including the doctor’s name, signature, and date of the missed appointment.
  • Car Accident Report – Must be a police report that includes your name and the date of the incident.
